The course subjects are divided into general education and major required subjects, including teaching and elective subjects equivalent to the major subjects.
A. General education course refers to a course developed for the whole-person education to help university students to build character and integrity. It also refers to other courses across discipline.
B. Course of a major refers to a course that is necessary for academic studies and research in the subject area.
C. Teaching course refers to a course taken by students who wish to obtain the required qualifications as teacher.
D. Elective course refers to a course that students choose from the courses of other majors.
