The Department of Speech & Language Therapy is the one of its kind in Jeju, educating and training professional speech therapists who provide expert services to those experiencing communication problems due to various reasons, such as slow speech development in childhood, emotional issue, loss of hearing, and neural damage. It offers specially designed education programs that include major-related volunteer and academia-industry programs. After graduation, students automatically earn the nationally accredited Level 2 certificate for social welfare worker. Level 1 may be acquired after passing the examination.
